In 10.10.2022 the event to welcome, appreciate and honor the students who have won provincial medals.
Al-Kalam Maha Vidyalaya student Junaideen Aabeedh Hussain, who won the first place in the 100m sprint race in the recently held Provincial Physicist Competition, and Abdul Kareem Amaan Aisan, an alumnus of the school, who won a silver medal in the 110m hurdle race and a bronze medal in the 400m race 10.10.2022 was held morning in Pottuvil with a reception organized jointly by the Pradeshiya Sabha and Al-Kalam Maha Vidyalaya.

A reception was held in the college hall presided over by the Honorable Chancellor. In this event, Honorary Secretary of the Divisional Council Mr.M.H.Abdul Rahim was the Chief Guest and Assistant Director of Education Mr.M.M.S.Hakeem, School Teachers, School Development Association members, Parents, Sports Clubs and well wishers attended the event.
